100 percent of his career as a lawyer and 100 percent of his firm to
employment law. He also has previous experience in the human resources

than resort to drawn-out, expensive administrative processes, Jason
works directly with an employer and/or its counsel to handle an employment
issue before the damage is done. He always attempts to settle his clients’
claims so they have money in their pocket when they need it most. But
if necessary, he vigorously defends employees’ rights in administrative
agencies and state and federal court.

helps small and medium-sized employers build their businesses from the
ground up, putting into place legally sound policies and practices and
training their management on potential employment issues. As problems
